Prices are per night per apartment, based on 2 occupants staying for a minimum of 3 nights. A €50 supplement applies to 2-night stays. The rate for each additional guest is €35 per night.
Rates do not include the local tourist tax, which amounts to €1.55 pppn and is charged for every guest from 14 years of age.
Accepted payment methods: advance bank transfer, cash, credit card and debit card.
Booking confirmation is subject to a 30% deposit.

The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been credited to our account.
The Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of cancellation of accommodation bookings. However, we allow cancellation under the following conditions:
- Up until 3 months before the date of arrival, we only retain the deposit.
- 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
- In the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge the booking in full.
- The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (legislative decree 206/2005).
We recommend taking out travel insurance to avoid cancellation fees should anything get in the way of your holiday. Click here to take out insurance with just a few clicks.
Your holiday apartment will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 9 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-in is available by prior arrangement.
We observe a strict non-smoking policy in all the apartments as well as in the common indoor areas. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas.
We have a ski depot with boot dryer here on the premises, which you are welcome to use. Bicycle parking in our garage is free of charge, too.
Your four-legged friends are welcome by prior arrangement. The fee is €25 per night, €30 for the appartment Seefeldspitz (food excluded). We want them to feel at home here too, so please remember to bring your dog’s basket!
